Steve Vu is SVP of Technology & Innovation at Pizza 4P’s, where he leads the tech organization powering one of Asia’s most distinctive restaurant brands. He is responsible for the RAIOS (Restaurant Artificial Intelligence Operating System) vision, building AI‑enabled platforms that connect guests, kitchens, and operations. At Pizza 4P’s, his teams work across data, IoT, infrastructure, and software to turn restaurant floor realities into scalable digital products. Previously, Steve held leadership roles in the US at Microsoft, Disney, and Starbucks, building cloud and platform capabilities at global scale.
