Sathiya brings over 20 years of extensive experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. He has held leadership roles, including Head of DevOps, across multiple organizations, with a strong track record in both the financial and telecommunications sectors. His career includes impactful contributions at leading financial institutions such as State Street Boston Corporation, J.P. Morgan, UBS, Barclays, DBS, Deutsche Bank, and UOB. In the telecom and technology space, he has worked with Nokia Siemens Networks, AWS, and Circles Life. Currently, Sathiya serves as the Head of DevOps at Circles Life, a digital telco headquartered in Singapore. Sathiya works closely with C-level executives to drive organizational transformation towards elite DevOps maturity. He spearheaded the implementation of a cutting-edge initiative called DevX, designed to significantly enhance software delivery performance. Beyond his professional achievements, Sathiya is a former athlete, an enthusiastic Toastmaster, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
