He currently serves as the Director of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Centre of Enablement at Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays in 2025, Rajiv spent his entire career at Citibank, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening service management capabilities across the Consumer and Wealth business. He led the adoption of SRE practices, significantly enhancing technology resilience and operational efficiency.
