Pradeep Kumar R. is an accomplished engineering leader and currently Head of Technology at AirAsia MOVE, driving large-scale modernization and seamless travel experiences across Asia. Previously, he was VP of Engineering at ZEE5, where he led engineering and scaled one of India’s leading OTT platforms. He also served as Principal Architect at Solv (Standard Chartered Ventures), building an e-commerce marketplace and scaling platforms from ground up. Pradeep has also built and scaled banking systems at Wells Fargo, as well as travel and blockchain platforms from the ground up, focusing on secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. With deep expertise in product and platform engineering, Pradeep is passionate about empowering teams and driving continuous innovation.
