Khang Toh is Head of Engineering: Digital Operations, SRE and Cloud Infrastructure at DKatalis / Bank Jago, where he leads AI-enabled digital operations, software engineering, cloud, reliability, developer experience for a digital bank serving more than 16 million customers. He has over 20 years of experience across software engineering, architecture, mobile, cloud infrastructure, startup leadership, and digital banking, with more than 15 years leading large technical teams in the US and Singapore. Khang has been a prominent contributor to Singapore’s developer ecosystem for over a decade. He began building mobile software in 2009, founded the Singapore Android Developers Meetup in 2013, and now serves as Conference Chair for droidcon Singapore. He was also the Developers Circle Lead for Facebook in Singapore, helping connect and grow the local engineering community. Today, his thought leadership focuses on AI-operable products: bringing together agentic engineering, SRE, observability, release intelligence, failure reconciliation, and digital operations so enterprises can not only ship faster with AI, but operate better with AI.
