Ketan is an engineering leader who builds revenue, teams and the systems that scale both. At Carousell he built the monetisation function from zero, grew daily revenue 30x, and scaled the org to 150+ engineers while platformising payments, subscriptions and APls. In his final years there he made Al a genuine multiplier, rolling out Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code with the guardrails to keep output production-safe. He also led engineering at YouTrip as VP, running a $15B transaction platform and an Al-augmented development lifecycle across 70+ engineers in four countries.
