Personal Information

Johanes Anggara is Head of DevOps at Bank Sinarmas, where he leads the platform and delivery foundation of a regulated bank, balancing engineering speed with the control that OJK and Bank Indonesia expect. Since 2021, he has built the bank's self-managed Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms from scratch, then scaled monitoring, logging, and automation from about two dozen servers to over 3,000 workloads across VMs and containers. He is now applying AI to operations and incident response. Earlier, he worked across development, solution architecture, Scrum, and product management at Bank SMBC Indonesia (formerly BTPN), and as an enterprise architect at Panin Dai-ichi Life.
