Emilea Teo is a Solutions Engineer at Datadog, working across observability and cloud infrastructure with organisations across ASEAN. At Datadog, she architects resilient and scalable observability solutions for customers spanning FSI, healthcare, education, and high-growth startups. Emilea came into solutions engineering from a background as a software engineer, having built software at very different scales previously - from government systems to Y Combinator-backed startups. She draws on that path to help customers see observability not as another tool, but as a practical foundation for how their teams operate.
